I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Intelligent Systems Program at SCI, University of Pittsburgh where I am advised by Prof. Adriana Kovashka. I received my B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University, Turkey. I was an undergraduate researcher during my junior and senior years under the supervision of Prof. Hamdi Dibeklioglu. I specialize in multimodal computer vision, integrating diverse sensory inputs—audio, language, depth, motion, and touch—to advance tasks such as object detection, video action recognition, domain generalization and image synthesis. My current research focus is multimodal generative AI exploring touch image synthesis with different conditional inputs using stable diffusion to investigate the complementary role of touch.
